Our Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to fully refund if canceled 24 hours before the reservation begins or if the rider or weather is in unsuitable conditions. If within the 24 hours, let us know and we might be able to work something out!
What are the rental requirements?
All riders must be at least 18 years of age, or 12 with a parent or guardian.

You must have a valid government issued ID, cell phone number, email address and major credit card.

Min. height 4’11”, and the Max. weight 275 lbs.

All riders must be physically able to ride a bike.

Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, Everyone is required to sign the waiver prior to the rental.
How far can my electric bike travel?
Depending on the level of peddle assist and power you use, our eBikes can travel 30- 45 miles. To put this into context, the Temple of Sinewava at the end of Scenic Drive is an 18-mile round trip ride from the start of the Park. Riders who take their eBike up and down the Zion Canyon Scenic Drive just once generally return with about a third of battery charge left.
How fast can my eBike go?
Our pedal assist eBikes have a top speed of 20 mph!
Can I eBike in Zion Park?
Absolutely! We recommend taking your bike through the Pa’rus Trail (1.4 mile paved trail) which will connect you onto the Zion Canyon Scenic Drive, where you can access all your hikes! You can ride 8 miles all the way up Zion Canyon Scenic Drive to the Temple of Sinawava (Where the Narrows trailhead starts). This is the best way to experience Zion Canyon and avoid the all those long lines for the shuttles.
Can I park my bike to go hike?

Yes! Every shuttle stop will have bike racks to lock up your bikes at that desired trailhead! Every rental will include bike locks. (We are not responsible for personal items left at the trailhead).

What if I damage the bike?

As part of our waiver, renters agree to pay for all damages incurred during their rental above normal wear and tear. Please review our Terms and Conditions Agreement here.

What comes with my eBike rental?
Every rental will include:

• Bike Helmet
• Bike Lock(s)
• Storage basket or rack for all the essentials
• Water bottle holder
• Phone mount
• Brief but thorough orientation for eBike use

Is there parking where I pickup my Ebike Rental?
Yes, there is! Our parking lot is available free for our customers.
